What I Do
For over a decade, I’ve helped people untangle WordPress problems, from broken websites and plugin conflicts to confusing documentation and customer support.
Along the way, I realised something.
The part of my work I loved most wasn’t fixing websites.
It was understanding people.
Explaining technical things simply.
Writing documentation anyone could follow.
Finding patterns.
Making complicated experiences feel a little calmer.
Today, I’m bringing those same skills into design, storytelling, and thoughtful web experiences.
My Journey
I didn’t start my career as a designer.
I started by helping people.
For years, I worked in WordPress support, troubleshooting websites, guiding customers, documenting solutions, and learning how different people think when they’re stuck.
Over time, I found myself paying just as much attention to typography, layouts, photography, and communication as I did to technical problems.
That curiosity slowly became a second career.
Today I’m intentionally transitioning from technical support into creative design, combining problem-solving with visual storytelling.
Things I enjoy solving
- WordPress troubleshooting & customer support
- Writing documentation people actually enjoy reading
- Breaking complex problems into simple steps
- Content creation & storytelling
- Photography
- Landing pages
- Learning new tools and sharing what I learn
Outside of Work
When I’m away from the computer you’ll probably find me carrying a camera, reading about design, listening to kirtans, planning my next trek, or noticing beautiful typography somewhere I wasn’t expecting it.
