I still think about that more than any KPI I’ve ever achieved.
PATIENCE
The best support isn’t fast. It’s patient.
The more I worked with WordPress, the less I rushed to answer.
People rarely needed instant solutions.
They needed someone willing to stay until everything finally clicked.

Observation is a skill
Photography taught me to notice.
Support taught me to listen.
Design is simply where those two meet.
MOUNTAIN
Silence is productive too
Some of my clearest thinking has happened on mountain trails, away from notifications and screens.
It’s where I realised I don’t want to create more noise.
I want to create clarity.
